Every uPVC project is backed by a written 10-year guarantee covering adhesion, peeling and UV fade. We use the same two-pack coatings specified for commercial cladding, not aerosol DIY paint.
Specialised bonding primers
Plastic-specific adhesion primers chemically bond to uPVC — the difference between a finish that lasts a decade and one that flakes inside a year. UV-stable two-pack topcoats resist British weather without chalking or yellowing.

Our process
- 1. Deep clean & degrease. Every frame is washed and solvent-wiped to remove silicone, road film and oxidation.
- 2. Mechanical key. Light abrasion with fine pads to give the bonding primer something to bite into.
- 3. Mask & protect. Glass, brickwork, sills and landscaping fully masked — clean working, no overspray.
- 4. Specialist adhesion primer. Plastic-grade primer for uPVC, applied in controlled coats.
- 5. Two-pack UV-stable topcoat. Two even passes in your chosen colour from any brand.
- 6. Inspection & sign-off. Walked round with you before we leave, with the 10-year guarantee issued in writing.
uPVC spraying — your questions answered
It depends on frame count, size, condition and access, so every project is quoted individually from a free on-site survey. A whole-house window and door respray is typically a fraction of the cost of replacement.
Everything is sprayed in place. Glass, brickwork, sills and planting are fully masked, door furniture is removed and refitted, and the frames never leave the property. There is no glazing work, no scaffolding of the interior and no upheaval — most homes are back to normal the same day the masking comes down.
We use plastic-specific bonding primers with UV-stable two-pack topcoats — the same class of coating specified for commercial cladding. Every uPVC project carries a written 10-year guarantee covering adhesion, peeling and UV fade. Aerosol or standard exterior paint on uPVC typically flakes within a year, which is why the primer stage matters more than the colour.
Any colour, from any brand. Anthracite grey (RAL 7016), Basically Black, Railings and off-white cream are the most requested, but we colour-match to Farrow & Ball, Little Greene, Dulux, RAL or a physical sample you provide. We can also spray frames a different colour inside and out.
A front door is usually a single day. A full house of windows and doors is typically two to three days including preparation, masking and curing. Work is weather-dependent — we need dry conditions and moderate temperatures, so we book around the forecast rather than spraying in poor weather.
Yes. Alongside windows and doors we spray conservatory frames and roof bars, bi-fold and sliding patio doors, garage doors and side panels, and uPVC fascias, soffits and bargeboards. Doing them in one visit gives a consistent colour across the whole facade.
