Our process

  1. 1. Site survey & colour match. Door count, condition assessment and fan-deck colour selection — Farrow & Ball, Little Greene, Tikkurila or any RAL.
  2. 2. Door removal & numbering. Doors and drawer fronts taken off, labelled and transported to our spray booth for the cleanest possible finish.
  3. 3. Containment & masking. Full poly-sheet enclosure around the kitchen with taped seams and zip doors. Appliances, worktops and floors fully protected.
  4. 4. Degrease & deep clean. Sugar-soap, methylated spirit and tack-cloth pass on every frame to strip kitchen grease, silicone and oxidation.
  5. 5. Dust-free Mirka sanding. Mechanical key to 240/320 grit using Mirka extraction — no airborne dust in your home.
  6. 6. Adhesion primer. Substrate-matched primer (MDF, oak, melamine or previously-painted) for a permanent chemical bond.
  7. 7. Three-coat colour build. Tikkurila Helmi / Intact or Benjamin Moore Scuff-X in your chosen sheen, sprayed in even, flatted coats.
  8. 8. Re-hang & sign-off. Doors refitted, hinges adjusted, soft-close tested, handles refitted and walked round with you before we leave.
